Spot The Difference
In The Pigg House
Just a bit of an update on diet progress. I had a weigh in earlier today & to my amazement I've actually lost almost a stone. As you should see above I've done a comparison picture but I can't see much difference. I'm also not entirely sure I matched the picture dimensions(do'h!) but in future I shall be more careful.
My diet has been better the past week but this month I plan to knock it up a notch & hit the weights with a bit of aerobics for good measure.
I'm also regularly cycling 18 miles a week despite the cries of pain from my bikes rear wheel. And why is it that some motorists seem to speed up at roundabouts when they see cyclists coming? Either that or they don't see cyclists at all.
Anyway, now for the quote of the week :

Today's not been entirely bad diet wise. I've managed to eat 3 portions of my 5 a day and no sweet foods so far. Now if I can only keep this up for the next 6 months...

Can You Pigg It?
A brief update on my diet progress...I had a chinese 5 hours ago which probably means I won't eat for 24 hours now & as you may notice from the time on this log entry I won't sleep properly. Unable to cook pretty much anything unless it's nuked I couldn't bare the thought of anything healthy(it just all tastes so unexciting to me!) so resorted to http://www.takeawayfever.com.
Food aside I've uploaded a picture of my father for all to see. He's hit that age where things start falling out & I think it's quite funny. I do however realise that baldness can be hereditary which is why I got the Santa's wig.
Lastly I just wanted to add another site I found...interesting. Worth a quick peek if you have time to waste!

I Have a Dream...
Week 3 Update
My diet has continued more or less unchanged apart from a 2 day spell of eating only "good" foods. I believe the cycling is helping me not to get much bigger but I feel next month will be the one where I actually start making some serious effort.
I also had another idea on how to solve obesity(it came to me in a dream - recreated for your pleasure above)...simply put all the bad foods on tiny islands forcing overweight people to swim out to them! I call it "The Sweetielands Project"...new name ideas welcome.
