Well it's almost time for another picture. I'm doubting the scientific value in this because to be honest I've not been dieting at all...unless there's a new chinese & pizza diet that I'm unaware of?
However, due to work commitments I've managed to clock up 18 miles a week on the bicycle. Any willing sponsors for Le Tour de France??? You may mock, or even laugh but last night I was whizzing blissfully along on my trusty silver steed at an amazing 31.8mph & I have the electronic proof to prove it.
Now if only I can learn to run faster than 3mph...
