My diet has continued more or less unchanged apart from a 2 day spell of eating only "good" foods. I believe the cycling is helping me not to get much bigger but I feel next month will be the one where I actually start making some serious effort.

I also had another idea on how to solve obesity(it came to me in a dream - recreated for your pleasure above)...simply put all the bad foods on tiny islands forcing overweight people to swim out to them! I call it "The Sweetielands Project"...new name ideas welcome.
